Scoring Principle :
Each question is scored between 3-0 points from left to right. All the above 10 questions
must be tallied for an accurate total score between 0-30 points. For question 7,
“prevented school” is scored as 3 points. A higher score correlates with a higher impact
with the patients’ health-related quality of life. Bandings are established as follows:
no effect (0-1); small effect (2-5); moderate effect (6-10); very large effect (11-20);
extremely large effect (21-30).
All submitted data were anonymized and not kept for record. Feel
